The writing task may require you to:

• Analyse a situation or issue

• Propose solutions to a problem

• Compare and evaluate different perspectives
   

Assessment Criteria
 

Writing is manually reviewed and evaluated against four criteria:

• Task Achievement

• Organisation and Coherence

• Grammar Range and Accuracy

• Vocabulary Range and Appropriacy
   

Each criterion is assessed to determine your overall performance level.
 

Important

The Writing section must be completed in full before submitting the test.
 

Responses should be written in clear, formal English. Candidates are responsible for ensuring their work reflects their own ability.
