Before you begin
Please ensure the following before starting your STEP-UK CEFR English Level Check:

You are using a desktop or laptop computer

You have a stable internet connection

You are in a quiet environment

You have working headphones and a microphone

You have sufficient time for approximately 3 hours of timed assessment

Please allow up to 3½ hours overall for instructions, transitions and technical checks
This assessment should be completed independently and without external assistance.
Once the assessment begins, do not close or refresh the test window.
