Structured Youth Benchmarking Evaluation

The STEP-UK Junior English Assessment is a structured online benchmarking evaluation designed for young learners. It measures English proficiency in alignment with age-appropriate CEFR reference levels and supports progressive language development across different stages.

Identity Verification and Monitoring

At the start of the assessment, the candidate’s identity is verified by comparing their live webcam image with the profile photograph provided at the time of booking. During the session, the webcam and microphone must remain operational and periodic image captures may be taken to maintain integrity. Failure to maintain required monitoring conditions may result in the assessment being invalidated.
